Summary

Cooler Screens is seeking a Brand Partnerships Sales Manager to accelerate ad revenue growth by owning sales and account management processes end-to-end with existing and new Mid-Market CPG brands. The ideal candidate will have experience in advertising sales or account management, be comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, and possess excellent communication skills.

Requirements

  • Experience and a track record of success in selling advertising to customers with mid-market brands and agencies from front-line managers to senior executives
  • Experience/Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment where change, learning, and adaptation is continuous
  • οΏ½οΏ½οΏ½Scrappy’ and willing to do whatever it takes to secure meetings, build materials, develop new opportunities, create urgency, etc
  • Adept at leading with consumer experience, data, and insights to drive home meaningful, yet easy to understand, solutions and results tied back to customer needs
  • Able to identify areas for improvement and own solutions to benefit your own performance and that of the team
  • A passion for winning and celebrating together as a team!
  • 3-5 years of advertising sales or account management experience
  • Experience working in fast-paced, startup environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills to convey value propositions, overcome objections, and simplify data and insights
  • Proficiency with PPT, Excel, and Online tools and Dashboards

Responsibilities

  • Establish new, and deepen existing, relationships through contact mapping, prospecting, account coverage, and meetings/pitches
  • Build account plans to up-level outreach and pitch materials, β€˜own the room’ during meetings, and align all strategy back to brand goals
  • Grow revenue sources by developing/advancing campaign opportunities, securing strategic investment with JBPs, etc
  • Seek out and act on opportunities to benefit the team through best practice sharing and ownership of tools, mechanisms, resources, materials, or processes
