Remote Broadband Program Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or 7-10 years of project management experience
• Proven experience in managing complex broadband projects from inception to completion
• Strong understanding of broadband technologies, federal funding programs, and regulatory frameworks

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, schedules, and resource needs to achieve strategic goals
• Develop and manage work plans, staffing, and resources to ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion
• Oversee daily functions, coordinate staff, and drive efforts to enhance office processes
• Lead the creation of project roadmaps, manage resources, and track progress against key milestones
• Prepare and review reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity in project documentation
• Ensure compliance with both state and federal regulations, aligning programs with established policies
• Develop and implement policies and workflows for efficient grant management and operations
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies and stakeholders to ensure compliance and alignment with objectives
• Provide expert guidance on broadband technologies, regulatory requirements, and best practices
• Build and maintain client relationships to ensure project satisfaction and alignment with objectives
• Act as a primary point of contact for resolving issues or conflicts during program execution
• Collaborate with leadership on risk assessment, mitigation strategies, and performance analysis
• Facilitate communication between internal teams, clients, and regulatory bodies to align on project goals
• Oversee project financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Monitor project financials, including risk assessment and performance analysis
• Occasionally travel as needed to support project execution and client engagements
