Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
  • 2โ€“3 years of experience in business analytics, data optimization, or a similar role
  • Strong proficiency in analytics and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik)
  • Experience with data processing and integration tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, ETL tools)
  • Deep understanding of business metrics and KPIs across various functions (sales, operations, finance, etc.)
  • Proven ability to lead and manage business analytics optimization projects from inception to implementation
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Familiarity with data governance best practices and data privacy regulations
  • Knowledge of cloud-based analytics solutions (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
  • Relevant certifications in data analytics or business intelligence (e.g., Tableau, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the optimization of business analytics tools and platforms to enhance data accuracy, efficiency, and reporting
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand key performance metrics, ensuring analytics align with organizational goals
  • Continuously refine data collection, processing, and reporting processes to drive actionable insights
  • Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure seamless integration of analytics tools with existing systems and databases
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance indicators that provide leadership with critical business insights
  • Analyze business data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, recommending actionable optimization strategies
  • Provide training and support to business users, ensuring the proper use of analytics tools and maximizing their impact
  • Monitor analytics performance, making necessary adjustments to improve data quality, reporting accuracy, and insights
  • Ensure compliance with data governance policies while maintaining the integrity of business analytics outputs
