Join Career Renew in a fully remote Business Development role focused on growing a first-party liquidity marketplace (Protocol). This role requires leading partnership development, spearheading the go-to-market strategy, and managing partnerships end-to-end. You will be the primary representative for Bungee with potential partners, maintaining strong relationships with existing ones, and gathering feedback to shape the protocol's roadmap. The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, is crypto-native with at least 2 years in the space, and possesses B2B and API/product-focused sales experience. A DeFi background is strongly preferred. The company offers a remote-friendly environment with a focus on trust, autonomy, and teamwork.

Responsibilities
- Lead Partnership Development
- Be at the forefront of our GTM strategy to bootstrap the marketplace
- You'll everything end to end: identifying, cultivating, and formalizing partnerships that scale our reach and impact
- Be the primary representative for Bungee with potential partners and navigate discussions with technical and business stakeholders
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure ongoing success and alignment
- Gather feedback & insights to shape our protocols roadmap
- Experiment with strategies, tactics, and tools to identify what works and iterate to find scalable success
