Summary

They are looking for a Business Development Executive to join their team under the DWP Kickstart Scheme. The role involves identifying new opportunities and leads, maintaining relationships with existing customers, researching events and organizations, contacting potential clients, and assisting in marketing initiatives. The individual should be computer literate, competent in Microsoft Office software, have a passion for the role, and be self-starting. The job is 100% remote, with flexible hours and regular online support.

Requirements

  • Be computer literate and competent in the use of Microsoft Office software
  • Confident in the use of English language both written and spoken
  • A passion and interest for the role as described
  • The ability to work under own initiative and be self-starting

Responsibilities

  • Identifying and nurturing new opportunities and leads using LinkedIn and other online tools
  • Updating/maintaining Hubspot CRM
  • Researching UK/Europe events that could offer potential speaking and training opportunities
  • Responding to enquiries for product/service information
  • Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
  • Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
  • Working with the Marketing Executive to help plan new marketing initiatives
  • Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s service offering
  • Developing quotes and proposals
  • Ensure any quotes/proposals sent are followed up in a timely manner and responses accurately recorded
  • Assist in developing and maintaining a 3-6 month pipeline of contacts/work
  • Research potential guests for Inclusion Bites podcast
