Summary

Requirements

• At least 3 years of Business Development experience
• 1+ years of BD experience in crypto working for a DeFi protocol, an exchange, or Web3 payments provider

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure high-potential partners, and build the best partnership opportunities for the Cycles team
• Accelerate the business development lifecycle by managing a pipeline of inbound and self-sourced leads to identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential partners and clients
• Contribute to the financial success of Cycles by holding revenue accountability across designated go-to-market channels, driving performance and maximizing user growth
• Collaborate closely with Cycles product and marketing leads to identify customer pain points, address key product gaps, and explore new commercial models to enhance overall business performance
