Summary

The job opportunity is with OKX, a digital asset exchange and blockchain ecosystems company founded in 2017. The employee will be responsible for paid traffic growth, identifying market opportunities, optimizing budgets, and monitoring user data to increase acquisition, retention, and conversion. They should have a Bachelor's Degree and at least 5 years of experience, preferably in media, investment, internet, e-commerce or relevant fields. Ideally, they will also have people management experience and a strong understanding of Crypto & Blockchain. • Responsible for paid traffic growth
• Developing media source/new paid ads channels/agencies
• Identify market opportunities
• Design growth strategies and allocate resources
• Optimize budget, creatives, placement, and audience
• Monitor and analyse user data lifecycle
• Plan, execute and develop corresponding strategies for the local market
