Join Tenesys, a top AWS partner in Poland, as their new Business Development Manager for their innovative Security Operations Center (SOC) service. This fully remote role (with quarterly meetings in Poznan or Tricity) offers flexible hours and a B2B contract with a competitive salary (8,000β15,000 PLN net + attractive bonuses). You will be responsible for building the market for SOC, generating leads, managing the sales process, market research, collaborating with the marketing team, and reporting results. Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, including at least 2 years in Security Operations Center or technology services
- Ability to conduct the full sales cycle and build lasting relationships with clients
- Ability to analyze client needs, industry trends, and competitor activities
- C1/C2 level English proficiency for fluent communication with international clients
- Experience working with Sales Navigator, Apollo, Woodpecker, or other lead generation platforms
- Proactive and action-oriented approach; willingness to take initiative, test new solutions, and develop sales in a dynamic environment
Responsibilities
- Develop sales of the new SOC service, contacting clients from Poland and international markets
- Actively seek new clients and business partners using tools such as Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Woodpecker
- Guide clients through the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signing and onboarding
- Track trends in cybersecurity, monitor competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities
- Create and implement campaigns promoting the SOC service and maintaining its market image
- Manage leads in CRM (PipeDrive), monitor progress, and create sales reports
