Requirements
- BA/BS in Business (Advertising/Marketing) or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in digital media sales, preferably in Sydney, with proven success in meeting/exceeding targets
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Self-starter with a proactive, driven, and organized approach
- Able to take feedback constructively and continuously seek improvement
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue and new business for the national independent agency team, focusing on agency spend and securing new revenue in Australia
- Upsell current clients on existing and new products, providing market insight to key brands and agencies
- Prospect for new business through high-volume sales activities such as meetings, presentations, sourcing RFPs, and innovative sales solutions
- Maintain internal systems for forecasting and reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams (campaign management, production, design, supply) to ensure successful campaign implementation
- Build and maintain relationships with agencies and clients to align with their marketing and advertising goals
- Provide client feedback to internal product teams for better service
