Responsibilities
- Execute and manage market operations in specific countries/regions, driving the implementation of the company's strategy locally
- Establish and maintain good relationships with local governments, financial institutions, partners, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to ensure compliant and smooth business operations
- Lead and manage the local team, supervise daily operations, and ensure the achievement of market expansion and user growth targets
- Assess local market needs and formulate targeted market strategies and execution plans in alignment with global strategies
- Ensure that the global market expansion strategy aligns with local market needs, developing and promoting localized business development plans
- Build and maintain relationships with local partners to drive market promotion, business growth, and user acquisition
- Manage the local team, overseeing daily operations to ensure effective execution of company strategies and plans
- Monitor local market operational data, user feedback, and propose optimization solutions for implementation
