Summary

Join Who Gives A Crap, a high-growth B Corp making eco-friendly products and donating 50% of profits to provide clean water and sanitation. We're seeking a driven Business Development Manager for Out of Home in the UK/EU market to generate Β£500k in new annual business with non-D2C accounts. This role is crucial in establishing WGAC as a leading eco-friendly brand in the B2B wholesale sector. Reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager, OOH, you will focus on identifying and building strategic partnerships with distribution partners. The role is remote-first with weekly meetings in the London office and occasional customer visits.   • Possess deep expertise in the UK Out of Home market
  • Have strong financial acumen

Responsibilities

  • Plan the B2B five-year strategy to define long-term growth and business goals
  • Attend our tissue and kitchen towel factory to enhance supplier relationships
  • Brainstorm with the team on new ideas on how to maximize our new business outreach
  • Attend trade shows to network, learn, and identify new business opportunities
  • Build connections with other brands to explore potential partnerships
  • Develop new business with national accounts and multisite groups
  • Craft and execute strategies that connect with and engage target customers in the UK Out of Home market
  • Analyze P&L statements to secure the best deals and create effective customer JBPs
  • Drive growth while aligning with company goals, developing plans that ensure long-term success and meet revenue targets
  • Build strong networks, earn trust, and create lasting relationships with customers and suppliers through open communication
  • Create a collaborative, inclusive environment by working closely with different teams to align on goals and drive success together
  • Assess distribution partners, ensuring they align with the company’s goals and growth objectives
  • Negotiate win-win agreements that drive success and competitive edge
  • Make sound decisions and find practical solutions, even when information is limited
  • Actively manage the P&L for Out of Home accounts, spotting opportunities to grow revenue, cut costs, and boost profitability
  • Secure commercial deals and brand partnerships that drive visibility and performance in key Out of Home channels
