Summary
Join eCapital's high-performing Sales team as a Business Development Professional and drive the development of freight factoring opportunities in Ontario. Leverage your proven network and expertise in Factoring to craft financing solutions for commercial and corporate businesses. You will spearhead negotiations, meet revenue quotas, and prepare financing proposals. Requirements
- Previous demonstrated and recent experience selling financial services, more specifically in ABL/Factoring
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the financial services sector, with a proven track record of success
- A university degree and/or market experience
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks
- Skilled at building relationships with clients and colleagues
- Focused on meeting the needs of clients, with the ability to adapt to market demands
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic and tactical plans to drive success in targeted markets
- Utilize existing business partnerships and networks to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Leverage your extensive knowledge of financial services to effectively qualify and nurture opportunities
- Spearhead all negotiation strategies with prospective partners and provide deal recommendations to key stakeholders of the Executive Leadership Team
- Meet individual, team, and organizational revenue quotas
- Prepare and present new business screening documents and financing proposals
- Monitor key performance indicators for growth, revenue and efficiency targets
- Continuously improve product knowledge, sales skills, and sales/relationship management techniques
