Requirements

  • 3-12 months of Sales experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS/Tech or Advertising industry

Responsibilities

  • Generate quality, well-qualified new business leads and build existing and future relationships via discovery and demo calls
  • Be familiar with different agency structures and how they operate, and also comfortable communicating with all levels of individuals from graduates to Agency leads
  • Outbound prospecting to potential agency clients, utilizing internet search and tools such as LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, Salesforce and Outreach. This could either be new agency relationships or expanding our existing network for an already engaged agency
  • Contact, qualify and follow up opportunities, through outbound calls and emails
  • Engaging prospects in consultative discovery to understand their competitive landscape and intelligence requirements. Once the relationship is established, continue to build and grow the relationship through monthly calls, email updates and face-to-face meetings
  • Take a consultative approach and propose solutions based on the Adthena Value Proposition, leveraging Adthena case studies/user cases and running demos. Following initial conversations, manage the first stages (in conjunction with the relevant AE) of the sales process (qualification and evaluation)
  • Representing Adthena and its marketing product suite at industry events and supporting the Senior Director of Agency at pre-arranged agency huddles
  • Working closely with AE’s and the wider Business Development Representative team to provide a unified approach to targeting client prospects and testing new messaging/outreach strategies
  • Embedding yourself in learning and understanding what we do, our product functionality, features and benefits to achieve subject matter expertise
  • Continually build out knowledge of the industry (agency and search) and identify potential new avenues of engagement with agency contacts
  • Meet, if not exceed, monthly targets and document activity within Salesforce

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior Advertising experience, either as a Digital practitioner or in a Sales/Commercial role
  • Experience in strategic, thorough account planning to execute engagement with different company types, roles, etc
  • Ability to navigate conversations with technical and economic buyers at a strategic level (C-Suite, VP or Director)
  • Experience using sales technologies such as Salesforce, Navigator, ZoomInfo, and SalesLoft or equivalents to power your outreach campaigns
