Summary

Join A-LIGN as a Business Development Representative (BDR) and contribute to the growth of our fast-paced company. You will independently and collaboratively execute lead generation and client acquisition activities, identifying and qualifying sales opportunities for senior sales teams. The role involves prospecting, communicating with potential clients, and uncovering qualified new business opportunities. You will need a Bachelorโ€™s degree and experience in sales or related fields. Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Active participation in university sales or related clubs
  • Basic understanding of sales cycle and techniques
  • Ability to build relationships with potential clients
  • Proficient in managing or overcoming objections
  • Bring energy, enthusiasm and ambition to work
  • Interest in cybersecurity/compliance
  • Coachable and seeking ongoing professional growth
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work individually as well as collaboratively
  • Outgoing personality and a team first attitude
  • Strong computer skills

Responsibilities

  • Hunt for new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline
  • Research and develop accounts for prospecting
  • Cold call and follow up
