Requirements

  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales, lead generation, or hospitality technology (Hotel background is a strong plus)
  • Fluent in German or French
  • A finance- and commercially-driven mindset, able to navigate complex sales conversations
  • Strong questioning and listening skills, with the ability to assess customer needs effectively
  • Comfortable picking up the phone, networking, and engaging decision-makers
  • Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable in an evolving sales environment
  • Intellectual curiosity and a growth mindset, eager to learn and progress into a Business Development Lead role

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage inbound leads, ensuring quick response times and effective qualification
  • Work closely with partners to source additional leads and maximize new opportunities
  • Leverage outbound prospecting when necessary via calls, emails, and social media
  • Assess potential customers' needs, applying sales methodologies to qualify or disqualify leads
  • Engage decision-makers in the hospitality industry to introduce Apaleo’s value proposition
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in HubSpot and leverage sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom, and Modjo.ai
