Summary
The job is for a Business Development Representative in the NAM region. The role includes generating leads, prospecting for new clients, and executing sales campaigns. The candidate should have at least 1 year of B2B telephone lead generation experience, proficiency in certain tools, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- B2B telephone lead generation (minimally 1 year)
- Proficient in MS Office, Salesforce.com , SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6Sense and Drift (preferred)
- Passion for outbound sales, cold calling and prospecting
- Ability to have discussions at all levels within all businesses from Enterprise to mid-market across all sectors
- High energy, results oriented, self-motivated/self-reliant, team player that can think βout of the boxβ
- Exceptional organization and multi-tasking skills, able to adapt to changing priorities and the ability to maintain excellent call records
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and have a very stable work history
- You can think on your feet in a conversation and answer unexpected questions with ease
- Resilient in the face of objections and rejection
- Willingness and desire to work in a fast-paced and high growth environment
- Good at finding ways to motivate yourself and your teammates
Responsibilities
- Generate new discovery calls and qualified pipeline for the sales team through outbound prospecting efforts
- Leverage tools such as LinkedIn to network with prospects and educate the market on Azul
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly metrics (Opportunity creation and progression)
- Gain/Deepen business knowledge through researching how different businesses operate
- Understand prospect pain points, gather technical requirements and correlate business value to customer needs
- Pipeline organization and collaboration with Account Executives and Sales Directors for qualified meetings
