Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years in a sales or business development role, with a strong emphasis on cold calling
  • Demonstrated ability to hit or exceed outbound calling KPIs in previous roles
  • Exceptional verbal communication and rapport-building abilities
  • Strong objection-handling skills and resilience in the face of rejection
  • Ability to tailor messaging to different leadership personas (V- and C-level)
  • Familiarity with SPIN selling, Challenger framework, or other sales methodologies

Responsibilities

  • Conduct 100+ outbound calls per day
  • Collaborate with the email BDR team to prioritize and manage outreach efforts
  • Schedule 1–2 qualified meetings per day with Account Executives (AEs), ensuring a smooth handoff with detailed prospect notes
  • Handle objections with confidence using frameworks like Challenger and SPIN selling techniques
  • Track and report daily activities, including dials, connect rates, and meeting conversion metrics
  • Continuously refine cold-calling scripts and approaches based on feedback and performance data

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in SaaS, social media, or marketing technology industries is an asset
  • Proficiency in CRM systems like HubSpot
  • Experience with autodialers, VOIP solutions, and tools like ZoomInfo or similar
