Business Development Representative

Summary

The job is for a Business Development Representative at Center, a hyper-growth SaaS company. The role involves driving sales growth by identifying and qualifying leads, engaging prospects via cold calling, and using CRM tools to manage a growing pipeline. The required experience is one year of directly related experience with strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft suite of software, and prior experience using Salesforce or other CRM tool(s).

Requirements

• One year of directly related experience preferred with a clear track record of exceeding goals
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly via phone and virtual meetings
• Prior experience using Salesforce or other CRM tool(s) to manage leads, activities and your pipeline
• Proficient on the Microsoft suite of software

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by identifying and qualifying a high volume of viable leads for the sales team
• Engage prospects via cold calling to generate new leads and expand the client base
• Qualify prospective leads using Center's best practice methodology
• Orchestrate discussions around business needs with senior leaders for prospective customers
• Strategize and work with top-producing Account Executives
• Map prospective accounts and engage in targeted leads
• Leverage CRM tools to manage a growing pipeline in an efficient and productive manner
• Other duties and projects as assigned
