Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years proven track record in business development, preferably within education
- In-depth understanding of the country's education landscape and its key stakeholders
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to close deals and meet sales targets consistently
- Proficient networker with strong relationship-building skills
- Analytical mindset with strategic problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated individual capable of independent work
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and verbal
Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive business development strategy to expand the companyβs presence in the country
- Identify strategic partnerships with schools, ministries, and educational institutions in the country to establish mutually beneficial collaborations
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within schools, educational organizations, and government entities
- Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and partnership agreements to ensure favorable terms for all parties
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials for potential partners
- Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, progress, and results to senior management
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the company's visibility
- Meet and exceed sales targets, focusing on generating a minimum annual revenue of $400,000

- Prior experience in EdTech
- Established networks within the country schools, institutions, and government bodies
