Summary

Join our client, a consulting firm specializing in end-to-end website management, as their new Business Development Representative (BDR). This fully remote position focuses on outbound sales and acquiring enterprise-level clients (20M+ revenue). You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and building relationships with target companies, working closely with the CEO to leverage his network. The ideal candidate is strategic, independent, and understands long-term partnerships. This role prioritizes quality over quantity, focusing on securing high-value deals. You will track key metrics and report on progress. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on autonomy, building relationships, and closing high-value deals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably at the enterprise level
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales strategies and how to engage high-value prospects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage senior-level stakeholders and build relationships
  • Proven experience with cold outreach, including email, phone calls, and leveraging social media platforms like LinkedIn and X
  • Ability to work independently and strategically, with minimal supervision
  • Strong CRM proficiency (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for tracking leads and progress

Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Sales Focus: Focus on securing large, high-value enterprise clients through strategic outreach and relationship-building efforts. Identify top prospects and develop a plan for engagement
  • Cold Outreach: Engage with targeted leads using cold outreach strategies, including personalized emails, phone calls, and social media engagement. Leverage the CEO’s extensive network to warm up leads
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify leads and work closely with the sales team to move deals through the pipeline, ensuring that only high-quality leads are passed along for closing
  • Strategic Partnership Building: Act as a partner to the CEO in securing deals. Help to build relationships with key decision-makers and ensure that every conversation moves the deal forward
  • Reporting & Metrics Tracking: Regularly track and report on key metrics like the number of meetings set, qualified leads, and progression of deals within the sales pipeline

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the design, development, or tech industry is a plus, but not required
  • Experience working with high-value enterprise clients
  • Very good with data enrichment tools such as clay.com
  • Love of AI and how it will make them more productive and effective
