You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers, partnering with marketing and sales leadership to drive pipeline. Responsibilities include prospecting target accounts, qualifying inbound leads, collaborating with marketing, maintaining accurate records in Salesforce, executing outreach sequences, staying current on market trends, and providing a great first experience for potential customers. The ideal candidate will have 1β3 years of experience in a BDR or SDR role, cybersecurity experience, proficiency with GTM tools, strong communication skills, a structured approach, a collaborative mindset, comfort with metrics, and a growth mindset. Requirements
- 1β3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or other sales-related role
- Cybersecurity experience (product security experience a plus)
- Proficiency with core GTM tools including Salesforce (CRM), HubSpot (marketing automation), and Salesloft (sales engagement platform)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to quickly establish rapport
- A structured, organized approach to outreach and follow-up
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to take initiative and self-manage
- Comfort with metrics and performance tracking
- A growth mindset and a desire to build a career in go-to-market
Responsibilities
- Prospecting into target accounts via email, phone, and social platforms to schedule meetings for our sales team
- Qualifying inbound leads and progressing them through the sales funnel
- Collaborating with marketing on campaigns, content feedback, and event follow-up
- Maintaining accurate records of interactions, activities, and outcomes in Salesforce
- Executing multi-touch outreach sequences using tools like Salesloft and HubSpot
- Staying current on our ideal customer profile, buyer personas, and market trends
- Providing a great first experience for potential customers by being professional, consultative, and informed
