The ideal candidate consistently performs in the top 10% of outbound BDR teams, makes numerous daily dials and executive-level conversations, and focuses energy on top accounts. Requirements
- You consistently perform in the Top 10% of your outbound BDR team
- You make 100+ Dials/Day; you have experienced the joy of having 10+ daily conversations with exec-level contacts; you are fluent in the language of executives
- You are able to identify your Top 20% of your accounts (and prospects) and focus 80% of your energy there - leveraging your creativity where it makes the biggest impact, automating the rest
- You have a consistent daily process and operate like a well-oiled machine
- You identify problems; and you expect your leaders to empower you to solve them
- Ability to travel 25%
Responsibilities
- Consistently surpass your monthly quota of qualified opportunities
- Leverage multi-channel prospecting to set meetings with exec-level contacts
- Qualify prospects by conducting high-level 15-minute discovery calls
- Travel 1-2 times per month for industry events; qualify prospects in-person
- Collaborate with the team to consistently improve our outbound process
