Requirements

  • Fluency in Japanese with business-level English
  • At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience managing inbound and outbound sales and inquiries
  • Strong technical aptitude and a passion for technology
  • A drive to succeed and contribute to the growth of a leading-edge enterprise software company
  • A proven track record of delivering measurable results
  • A high level of responsibility and accountability
  • High-level understanding of the enterprise data space

Responsibilities

  • Hunt and outbound prospect, mapping accounts and generating meetings with employees at all levels
  • Prospect into named accounts in net new territories, identifying key decision-makers, understanding their challenges, and securing sales-qualified opportunities
  • Demonstrate a deep interest in enterprise customers' data challenges and pain points, giving introductions to Fivetran's enterprise-level offerings
  • Collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing, and Alliances to drive pipeline generation and exceed revenue goals
  • Follow and develop sales strategies to grow the business and hit account acquisition targets, mastering Fivetran's sales process
  • Use and personalize pre-created sales cadences
  • Create personalized cadences specific to the account and use case
  • Follow specific plays created for the team (Snowflake Customer, SAP or HVR use cases)
  • Translate English sequences/documents to Japanese
  • Organize, log activity, and categorize sales lead information into Salesforce.com
