Summary

Join Grip, INDG's software branch, as a Business Development Representative (BDR) to boost our go-to-market engine and work with leading global consumer brands. You will transform early engagement into meaningful relationships by performing personalized outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone. Responsibilities include qualifying demo requests, conducting target account research, setting up email outreach sequences, mastering our content library, and documenting activities in Salesforce/Hubspot. You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and leadership. This role requires experience in sales support, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with CRM and outreach tools. Grip offers a remote work environment and a team of learners and doers from over 50 countries.

Requirements

  • Completed relevant education and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Sales Support position
  • Passionate about the world of digital solutions
  • Professional verbal and excellent written communication skills in English (other languages helpful)
  • Experience in writing killer email sequences to land opportunities
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn while doing
  • Results-oriented with experience working to targets
  • Able to balance multiple outreach channels efficiently
  • Familiar with Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and account-based strategies
  • Savvy with CRM, prospecting, lead enrichtment and outreach tooling like: Salesforce, Hubspot and Linkedin Sales Navigator, Apollo, LeadIQ or similar

Responsibilities

  • Personalized outreach to engaged people from our target accounts via Linkedin messaging, email and phone
  • People who react to our Linkedin Ads
  • People who click on our emails
  • Search contact persons of engaged target accounts + personalized outreach via Linkedin messaging, email and phone
  • Search contact persons of unengaged target accounts + personalized outreach via Linkedin messaging, email and phone
  • Qualify incoming demo requests that are not ICP – this will involve short qualification calls with clients to clearly understand their intention. Outcome from this call will be transferred to the sales team and entered into salesforce
  • Target account research and analysis to feed outreach and be as relevant as possible
  • Set up email outreach sequences
  • Master our content library and messaging framework in outreach
  • Document and maintain all activities in Salesforce/Hubspot
  • Refine ICP’s as you learn, feeling back to sales and marketing

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of software / SAAS / web based applications or creative/3D solutions
