Requirements

  • At least 2+ years of sales experience
  • Experience or desire to work in sales and the technology industry
  • Excellent communication skills and command of written and spoken English
  • Excellent inter-personal, team, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Very strong work ethic and confidence to work autonomously
  • Motivation to succeed both individually and with a young and fast-growing company

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business leads, nurture current opportunities and enhance existing relationships
  • Be comfortable speaking English on the phone with confidence and clarity, as this role involves regular communication with prospects
  • Utilize prospecting and research tools, coordinate with your team to qualify opportunities, and help Omnisend continue to grow
  • Prepare for and schedule meetings with potential customers
  • Strategize with team members to innovate & improve the overall business development process
  • Conduct business development best practices with email, phone, and social channels using advanced technology to connect with new prospects
  • Work closely and collaboratively with the sales team to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans
  • Work internally with other teams to ensure proper quality and quantity of new customer pipelines
