Summary

Join OpenVPN Inc., a leading provider of secure networking solutions, as a Business Development Representative (BDR) and play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base. You will focus on generating and qualifying leads, nurturing prospective client relationships, and supporting the sales team. This remote, full-time, long-term B2B contract position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field, proven business development experience, and advanced English communication skills. You will utilize CRM platforms and sales tools to manage leads and collaborate with the sales and marketing teams. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in a B2B SaaS or cybersecurity environment
  • Advanced English level, strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting
  • Research and identify potential clients using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and other data sources
  • Initiate outbound outreach via email, calls, and social media to build interest in OpenVPN’s products and solutions
  • Qualification and Discovery
  • Conduct initial qualification calls to understand the prospect’s business needs, challenges, and goals
  • Effectively communicate OpenVPN’s value proposition and identify how our solutions address client pain points
  • Pipeline Management
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in the company’s CRM
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads
  • Market Insights and Feedback
  • Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitive offerings
  • Provide feedback to marketing and product teams to refine strategies and offerings
  • Collaboration
  • Partner with marketing teams to execute targeted campaigns and events
  • Assist in coordinating webinars, product demos, and discovery meetings for potential clients

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of networking, VPNs, or cybersecurity is a plus
