Join Channable as a Business Development Representative (BDR) in the DACH region and contribute to the company's growth. You will develop and secure new business opportunities with brands, online retailers, and marketing agencies. - Your language skills include excellent written and spoken English and German at a C2 level , and if you speak an additional EU language that would be awesome!
- Y ou are living in Germany with travel distance from our Berlin office
- You are willing to come to our Berlin office for minimum two days a week
- You are available for at least 32 hours per week (minimum 4 days/week)
- You are available to travel at least once per quarter
- You have a valid work permit for Germany or EU citizenship
Responsibilities
- Own Your Numbers: You'll demonstrate ownership and consistently achieve your sales goals. Given that the DACH region is one of our strongest markets, exceeding your quota will be very feasible, and you'll be energized to score even higher
- Become a Customer Expert: You understand that selling is built on trust. The better you know your customer's world, the more effortlessly you'll connect. That's why you'll enjoy attending industry events, or even hosting your own roundtables, partner dinners, or webinars, to expand your network within the e-commerce space
- Build a Personal Brand: You recognize that customers prefer to engage with experts. You'll effectively showcase your expertise via social media channels (e.g. LinkedIn) or on stages at expert events
- Master Product Expertise: You are intrinsically motivated to learn about the dynamics of the e-commerce industry and every update in our tool. You are self-motivated to stay up to date and seek new knowledge whenever possible
Benefits
- Base salary: The base salary is gross between €3.334 and €3.869 (70%) per month based on a 40-hour workweek. The salary is determined based on experience
- Bonus: 30% performance bonus
- OTE (On Target Earnings) consists of 70% gross salary according to the indicated level and 30% commission
- Example: If the monthly gross salary is €3.500 (70%), the monthly bonus is €1.500 (30%), resulting in a total monthly package (OTE) of €5.000 gross
- Onboarding time in Utrecht (NL): for 2-3 weeks to get to know the tool, our processes, and your colleagues. 😎 After that, you’ll get the trust and responsibility to show what you got. Your buddy will support you throughout the whole onboarding. ✌️
- 8% holiday allowance - 8% of your yearly salary, which is paid together with the May salary
