Business Development Representative

Join our team as a Business Development Representative and spearhead LinkedIn outreach to senior executives and C-suite professionals. This fully remote role (9 AM - 5 PM EST) focuses on building relationships, setting appointments, and engaging with high-level stakeholders to drive growth. You will manage LinkedIn messaging, schedule appointments, engage in strategic conversations, and maintain active engagement on LinkedIn and Meta. Success hinges on consistent lead flow, high conversion rates, and active community engagement. The ideal candidate possesses 2+ years of experience in lead generation and LinkedIn outreach to senior-level professionals.

Requirements

• 2+ years in lead generation, appointment setting, and LinkedIn outreach, ideally with senior-level professionals
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong EQ, with the ability to connect effectively via social media interactions
• Proficient in LinkedIn and Meta for lead generation and engagement
• Highly organized, proactive, and self-directed in managing outreach and setting appointments

Responsibilities

• Strategically manage direct messaging and lead generation on LinkedIn, focusing on businesses with 50-500 employees and senior executives
• Schedule 1-3 appointments per week with senior-level professionals using Calendly
• Conduct strategic conversations on LinkedIn, engage with buyer personas, and perform follow-ups with leads via email
• Maintain active engagement on LinkedIn and Meta, responding to messages and participating in relevant community discussions
• Develop a thorough understanding of the target demographic to conduct effective, high-conversion outreach
