Summary

Join a rapidly growing marketing company specializing in lead generation and sales support for Managed Service Providers (MSPs). As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be responsible for qualifying leads, setting appointments, and supporting sales efforts for both the company and its clients, primarily in the MSP space. This role involves digital engagement, cold calling, and leveraging CRM tools for prospecting. You will be working remotely and managing your time effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales development, cold calling, or lead generation (preferably in B2B or SaaS environments)
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (experience with HubSpot preferred, but not required)
  • Strong communication skills , both written and verbal, with excellent English fluency
  • Ability to qualify prospects effectively and efficiently with a focus on the MSP industry
  • Experience with cold calling and appointment setting
  • Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Highly motivated, self-driven , and comfortable with KPI-driven environments

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calling to generate and qualify leads for MSP clients
  • Qualify leads based on buying signals and intent gathered from proprietary tools, website traffic, PPC ads, and other sources
  • Set appointments for sales teams and ensure smooth transitions for leads through the sales pipeline
  • Utilize HubSpot to track leads, manage contact records, and log activities
  • Support the sales process by gathering necessary context around prospects' needs using the CRM and other data points
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute and optimize outreach strategies across multiple marketing channels
  • Ensure all outreach is aligned with clients' sales strategies and goals
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and engagement with prospects, representing the brand with integrity

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM for managing leads and data
  • Basic understanding of the MSP industry is preferred but not required. We will provide the necessary training
  • Previous experience working with IT services , cloud computing, or networking solutions
  • Previous experience with lead generation for service-based companies or technical sales
  • A background in sales with the ability to quickly adapt to different sales strategies
