Remote Business Development Representative

Summary

Puulse Marketing International FZCO is a rapidly expanding marketing firm with operations around the world and headquarters in Dubai. They are seeking motivated individuals to join their team as remote Business Development Representatives. In this role, you will identify and qualify potential clients through targeted prospecting and lead generation, engage with prospects to build relationships, work closely with the sales team, and track and focus on developing clientele. To be successful in this role, candidates must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to manage multiple customer moods effectively, problem-solve and negotiate, be self-motivated and target-driven, and maintain work ethics while handling a remote role. Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Preferably native English speakers or someone with the ability to converse with a neutral accent
• Ability to manage multiple customer moods effectively through appropriate voice modulation
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Ability to problem-solving and excellent negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven to reach success
• Ability to maintain work ethics whilst handling a remote role
• Ability to commit to 40 hours a week during UK / EST Hours
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential clients through targeted prospecting and lead generation through cold calling
• Engage with prospects to understand their needs and build strong relationships to result in positive closures
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads
• Track and focus on developing the clientele continuously

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in Inside Sales or Business Development or Sale & Marketing role is a definite advantage
