Summary

RYZ Labs is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative to identify and establish new business opportunities within the commercial sector. Key responsibilities include contacting potential clients, collaborating with internal teams, meeting sales targets, staying updated with industry trends, and maintaining accurate account records.

Requirements

• Advanced English Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
• +2 years of experience in enterprise business development or sales
• Proven experience in B2B sales or account management
• Experience using and maintaining HubSpot (or similar CRM) for pipeline and outbound activities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Contact potential commercial clients
• Connect with potential clients via direct phone calls and follow-up emails and qualify them according to pre-determined guidelines/rules
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to client requirements and ensure smooth service delivery
• Regularly meet and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company
• Build and maintain strong, client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction through the conversion process to the sales team
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors to effectively position our partner's offerings
• Maintain accurate, updated account records/information by contact in CRM
• Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts to management
