Requirements

  • Advanced English Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
  • +2 years of experience in enterprise business development or sales
  • Proven experience in B2B sales or account management
  • Experience using and maintaining HubSpot (or similar CRM) for pipeline and outbound activities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Contact potential commercial clients
  • Connect with potential clients via direct phone calls and follow-up emails and qualify them according to pre-determined guidelines/rules
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to client requirements and ensure smooth service delivery
  • Regularly meet and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company
  • Build and maintain strong, client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction through the conversion process to the sales team
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors to effectively position our partner's offerings
  • Maintain accurate, updated account records/information by contact in CRM
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts to management
