Summary

Join Sprinto, a leading platform automating information security compliance, as a Business Development Representative (BDR). You will drive the top of our marketing funnel by identifying and engaging with high-growth tech startups. Combining a consultative mindset with creative outbound strategies, you will spark meaningful conversations with key decision-makers. Responsibilities include prospect research, lead qualification, and opportunity generation for our sales team. You will generate appointments through proactive outbound prospecting, demonstrate strong selling and influencing skills, and be the face of Sprinto, pitching our products to prospects. This role requires 3-5 years in B2B SaaS sales development with proven quota achievement and experience in ABM outreach targeting mid-market decision-makers.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in sales development, B2B SaaS with proven quota achievement
  • Experience executing ABM outreach targeting mid-market decision-makers
  • Skilled in multi-channel prospecting via email, phone, and digital platforms
  • Proficient in BANT framework for qualifying prospect fit and readiness
  • Strong verbal/written skills for rapport building and tailored messaging
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments and adapts to changing sales strategies
  • Works well with sales, marketing, and leadership to drive results
  • Self-motivated with a data-driven focus on meeting targets and improving outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting
  • Demonstrate strong selling and influencing skills
  • Generate qualified opportunities for the company by rigorously prospecting and researching in the assigned region/market
  • Strike and initiate conversations with high-profile personas of companies you are prospecting
  • Be the face of Sprinto and pitch the company and our products to the prospects
  • Come up with creative emails and campaigns to draw the attention of prospects

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or equivalent degree from a business school
  • 3-5 years' of experience in a similar role within SAAS industry
  • Exceptional communication and time management skills
  • International sales exposure
  • Hands on experience with Market research tools and CRM
  • Ability to handle rejections and stay focused and driven
  • Ability to multi-task and manage your tasks effectively
