Summary

Join Stedi, a healthcare clearinghouse building the world’s only API-first clearinghouse, as their first Business Development Representative (BDR). You will own multichannel outbound efforts from strategy to execution, crafting compelling messaging, testing sequences, and acting on signals to drive qualified pipeline. The role demands fluency in experimentation, rapid iteration, and a results-oriented approach. You will define strategy, write copy, build workflows, and measure results, working closely with sales and GTM ops. Success hinges on sourcing deal volume to meet revenue goals by designing and iterating on outbound campaigns that balance automation with high-touch interactions across multiple channels. Requirements

  • You’re an outbound machine. You consistently exceed qualified pipeline generation targets through great copywriting and precise targeting. You operate a level above your peers
  • You are a B2B SaaS expert . You have experience in SDR/BDR/AE, growth, marketing, sales operations, or related roles. You know the best tools, systems, and strategies to drive B2B SaaS pipeline growth
  • You’re an AI power-user. You use AI tools to accelerate copywriting, research, and workflow automation. You balance efficiency with authenticity
  • You’re technical. You're comfortable working with data enrichment tools and configuring outbound automation platforms (e.g. Apollo, Clay, Outreach, Hubspot, etc.)
  • You’re a data-first thinker. You love analyzing outreach performance, uncovering trends, and running A/B tests to optimize results. You think in terms of pipeline and revenue, not just activities and meetings
  • You do what it takes to get the job done. You are resourceful, self-motivating, curious, self-disciplined, and don’t wait to be told what to do. You put in the hours
  • You move fast. We move fast at Stedi. This requires an ability to match our pace and not get lost when managing competing priorities. You communicate what you are working on, and proactively ask for help or feedback when you need it

Responsibilities

  • Execute outbound strategies based on a deep understanding of our ideal customer profile
  • Run highly personalized multi-channel outbound campaigns with sharp copy, smart targeting, and clear measurement
  • Own end-to-end campaign execution—from list building and segmentation to messaging and reporting
  • Manage the tools you need to scale outbound, including enrichment, sequencing, and automation platforms
  • Run experiments that generate meetings and deals for the sales team. Scale the winners. Drop the losers
  • Track performance and constantly refine your approach using data, automation, and AI
