Summary

Join City Wide Facility Solutions as a Business Development Representative in Indianapolis! This fast-growing company offers a competitive base salary plus commission. The role focuses on B2B outbound sales calls, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments. You will research businesses, make 400 outbound calls weekly, manage a CRM database, and meet lead generation metrics. A high school diploma is required, with 1-2 years of B2B outbound call center experience preferred. Remote work is available after onboarding.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, college degree preferred but not required
  • Highly organized, able to follow a systematic method and sales process.ย Customer service-oriented and highly effective communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and must be able to work independently
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Find and research businesses that would benefit from City Wide's services
  • Make 400 outbound calls per week to prospective clients
  • Schedule qualified appointments for City Wideโ€™s outside sales team
  • Manage and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database, including โ€“ scheduled calls, updated client records, notes from each call, and appointments set
  • Achieve or exceed monthly activity and lead generation metrics to achieve revenue targets
  • Send all City Wide information requested by prospects along with thank you notes and follow-up letters whenever appropriate
  • Other duties as necessary

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-2 years B2B outbound call center or equivalent experience prospecting and/or cold calling highly desirable
  • Prior experience using CRM systems
