Summary

Zilliant is seeking a Business Development Representative - CPQ to join their Business Development team. The role involves prospecting, qualifying leads, building relationships with potential clients, and collaborating with the sales team to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in a sales or business development role in a B2B environment, strong communication skills, and proficiency in using Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in a sales or business development role in a B2B environment, selling CPQ products preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Persuasive and influential with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in using Salesforce, Sales Engagement and 6Sense/Slintel or similar experience is preferred
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify potential leads and generate a pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Cold call, email, and engage in other proactive outreach methods to reach potential clients
  • Qualify leads and determine their suitability for Zilliant’s products or services
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through regular communication
  • Understand client needs and effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings
  • Collaborate with the sales team and BDR leadership to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion
  • Utilize selling and influencing skills to set up qualified appointments for the sales team
  • Track and maintain accurate records of all sales activities and lead interactions in Salesforce
  • Provide timely and accurate feedback to the marketing and product teams regarding lead quality and market trends
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities
