  • Highly motivated self-starter with a strong desire to exceed expectations
  • Strong ability to partner cross-functionally
  • Strong understanding of sales and business development methodologies and sales cycles
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving targets
  • Ability to work onsite in our HQ in Los Angeles, CA

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow Lightspark’s relationships with prospects
  • Examine risks and potential for business opportunities
  • Understand potential partners’ needs, objectives, goals and build proposals to best serve them
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and data analytics to identify opportunities
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to drive deals forward
  • Maintain accurate business development and sales data, reporting, and documentation
  • Represent Lightspark at industry events, trade shows and networking functions
  • Complete RFPs and presentations to win new opportunities
