Summary

SupportYourApp is seeking a Business Development Specialist to drive company growth and contribute to overall success. This role involves pursuing new business opportunities, building client relationships, defining strategic objectives, writing commercial proposals, coordinating with other teams, providing sales reports, and working collaboratively in a team environment. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Service Delivery, and Project Management, excellent communication skills, discipline, stress resistance, emotional intelligence, persistence, ability to work in a team and independently, fast learning skills, adaptability, out-of-the-box thinking, and fluency in English.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Service Delivery, and Project Management is a must
• Fluent in English (C1-C2 both in writing and speaking)
• Excellent communication skills
• Discipline and ability to plan, organize, and perform tasks in a timely and accurate manner
• Stress resistance and confidence
• Emotional intelligence
• Persistence and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a team and independently

Responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective new customers on various platforms
• Conduct meetings with clients
• Handle email correspondence with the prospects
• Partner with clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needs
• Assist in writing commercial proposals and developing sales opportunities
• Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
• Provide consistent, accurate, and timely bi-weekly sales lead gen activity reports to management
• Provide feedback from key stakeholders about customer needs
