Responsibilities

  • Monitor and support our existing automation integration points between internal systems and external benefit carriers, ensuring accurate data and timely updates
  • Maintain our carrier form templates
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs related to benefits administration and carrier integration processing
  • Assist in the design, development, and implementation of new automated workflows and systems to streamline benefits processes and enhance customer experience designs
  • Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy within existing automated processes
  • Provide technical support and guidance to internal stakeholders regarding existing automated processes
  • Document standard operating processes for benefits and carrier integration processes and continuously improve them as needed
  • Accountable for achieving KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) related to automated process efficiency

Benefits

  • Our cash compensation amount for this role is $70,000 to $84,000/yr in Denver & most major metro locations, and $85,000 to $105,000/yr for San Francisco & New York
