Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Business Operations / Strategic Finance at a high-growth SaaS company
  • Having previously owned a revenue-related KPI and having had experience communicating ROI
  • Strong analytical foundation with advanced Excel and SQL proficiency
  • Track record of building and optimizing revenue operations processes
  • Excellence in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement efficient and scalable operational processes across various business functions
  • Identify and address operational bottlenecks to enhance productivity and streamline workflows
  • Support Customer Success in scaling B2B partnerships by building ROI case studies for Beam clients, identifying opportunities for optimization of Beamโ€™s product offering, and developing new best practices
  • Lead the identification of new metrics to enhance the performance of Beamโ€™s B2B products and collaborate with Product to visualize them most effectively for internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify the most promising business opportunities based on trends in sales lift to inform Beamโ€™s BD strategy
  • Analyze the effectiveness of cross-functional internal processes and identify areas of improvement
  • Lead revenue forecasting and AR processes across Beam's business units

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have early-stage startup experience (Seed to Series B)
  • Come from a management consulting or data science background
  • Have worked with subscription/usage-based revenue models
  • Bring experience managing AR partnerships and processes
  • Have scaled operations in fast-growth environments
  • Biz Ops experience at an e-comm enablement/subscription tech company
