Requirements

• 3+ years in an Operations focused role
• At least 2+ years of data analytics experience using Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.)
• Proficiency in Excel formulas and comfortable working with large datasets
• Ability to glean actionable insights from data and communicate them effectively
• Ability to quickly learn and master new tools; HubSpot experience is a plus
• Ownership mentality
• Prioritization and data-driven decision-making skills
• Ability to deliver actionable recommendations from complex datasets
• Self-starter with a bias towards action
• Naturally curious and innovative
• Willingness to handle a high volume of varied tasks and prioritize effectively

Responsibilities

• Source the best restaurants in various cities at scale
• Collaborate with Supply Curation, Menus, Sales, Merchandising Ops, and Relish teams
• Analyze data using Excel, Sigma, and HubSpot to identify coverage gaps and build plans
• Identify optimization opportunities and trends
• Build playbooks to scale supply for new products and offerings
• Build processes to drive task efficiency; evaluate current workflows to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions
• Manage day-to-day operations tasks, reporting, data analysis, and resource allocation
• Ensure workflow quality assurance for operational reliability of analytics, tools, and processes
• Catalog inboxes and workflows to maintain team organization
