Requirements
- Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Google Sheets

- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Applications/Software: Google Suite
Responsibilities
- Assist with processing insurance claims related to both commercial and residential construction projects
- Liaise with insurance companies, clients, and other relevant parties to gather necessary information and documentation
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of insurance claim forms and paperwork
- Make introductory phone calls to potential clients, introducing our services and gathering preliminary information
- Provide regular status updates to clients regarding the progress of their projects or insurance claims
- Update the CRM system with information on new clients and ongoing projects
- Assist with client onboarding processes, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and filed appropriately
- Fill out various documents, forms, and paperwork related to construction projects and business operations
- Organize and maintain digital and physical documents in an orderly manner for easy access and retrieval
- Send and respond to emails on behalf of the business, maintaining professional and courteous communication at all times
- Fill out and submit necessary forms and documents via email or other digital platforms as required
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entered into Google Sheets or other software platforms used by the business
Preferred Qualifications
Background in construction is nice to have, with knowledge of insurance claims processes for both commercial and residential projects
