Requirements
- At least 2 years of administrative or business support experience (healthcare background strongly preferred)
- Experience with cold calling and navigating gatekeepers professionally
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Gmail, Google Docs, and basic CRM tools
- Familiarity with HIPAA and handling sensitive patient data with discretion
Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to potential referral sources such as sleep doctors, primary care providers, physical therapists, etc., to promote the practiceβs services
- Generate, build, and manage an email list of leads from referral sources
- Conduct follow-ups with patients to answer frequently asked questions and assist with treatment progression
- Monitor and manage the practice's inbox, respond to patient queries, and schedule appointments
- Maintain accurate call records and lead information in the system
- Research local organizations or businesses for potential partnerships and outreach opportunities
- Help organize information for billing and coordinate with the client's existing medical billing support
Preferred Qualifications
Background in healthcare, nursing, physical therapy, sleep medicine, or a related field is a strong plus
