Requirements

• Possess great communication skills with technical aptitude
• Have a minimum of two years of customer service and sales experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Be a problem-solver, exceptional listener, and effective communicator
• Be self-directed and resourceful
• Pass a pre-employment drug test, motor vehicle record, and background check

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with finding and purchasing Vyve products and services
• Handle billing inquiries and process payments
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues with phone, internet, or cable services
• Provide high-quality sales and customer service experiences
• Recommend solutions based on customer needs
