Customer Service Call Center Agent

Summary

Join Autohero, a leading online used car retailer, as a Customer Advisor/Call Center Agent! You will be the primary contact for customers, guiding them through the entire car buying process from order to delivery. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth order fulfillment and prioritize tasks effectively. Contribute to a seamless customer experience, delivering vehicles directly to customers' doorsteps. Requirements

• First experience in the field of dialog marketing / call center or in private customer service
• You enjoy customer contact and have a structured, reliable and solution-oriented way of working
• Team play and hands-on mentality distinguish you
• You bring a positive basic attitude and a healthy commitment to achieving self-set goals
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form - English skills are advantageous as well as confident handling of Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar etc.)

Responsibilities

• Be the first contact and accompany your customers from the completed order to the vehicle handover
• Research the current status of orders in close cooperation with colleagues from other departments and ensure the smooth delivery of our vehicles
• Always keep an overview of the upcoming tasks and set priorities in the team
• You contribute to ensuring that customers receive their new car as quickly as possible - with our unique Glastruck and directly to their doorstep!

Preferred Qualifications
