• Follow the Script: We have a script to make sure everyone gets the same great help. You'll use it to make sure you don't miss anything
• Keep Track of Details: You'll write down important stuff so no one gets forgotten
• Catch Up on Calls: If you miss a call, no sweat. You'll call them back quick
