Requirements
- Experienced working with sales to align marketing goals and objectives to drive demand generation and achieve business outcomes
- Detail-focused, self-starter with strong cross-functional project management skills
- A creative and strategic thinker with excellent written and interpersonal skills
- Able to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment with an openness to change course as needed
- Highly collaborative, energetic, and a proactive team player
- Focused on marketing metrics and continuous learning/improvement
- 5+ years in demand generation for B2B SaaS, preferably in cybersecurity
- Proven track record of building and executing multi-channel campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Data-driven mindset with experience in performance measurement and reporting
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, digital, events, social, content syndication, etc.)
- Collaborate with product marketing and sales to align campaign strategy with business priorities and key personas
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to create campaign messaging that engages the buying group. Map content and campaigns across personas, segments, and verticals
- Coordinate cross-functional resources to bring campaigns to lifeβfrom creative briefs and content to distribution and promotion
- Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure on-time, high-quality execution
- Partner with the BDR team to ensure they have the assets, offers, and anything else needed for following up with marketing qualified leads and prospecting into target accounts
- Continuously test and optimize messaging, creative, and channels to improve engagement and conversion rates
- Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using marketing automation and CRM tools
- Deliver insights and recommendations based on campaign results to optimize future performance
- Ensure lead routing, follow-up processes, and attribution tracking are functioning accurately
- Partner with sales to develop supporting materials (nurture sequences, outbound email kits, follow-up content)
- Work closely with digital, events, and content teams to ensure message consistency across all touchpoints
- Align campaigns with broader brand and demand generation goals
