Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in customer success, marketing or technical implementation roles
  • Demonstrated experience with email marketing platforms
  • Background in sales outreach, lead nurturing, and prospect engagement
  • Proven ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and implement optimizations
  • Experience working with CRM systems and managing customer data
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Track record of managing multiple customer accounts simultaneously
  • Self-motivated with high ownership mentality and meticulous attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Interface with customers during onboarding and throughout campaigns
  • Conduct introductory calls and explain platform capabilities
  • Ensure alignment on goals and measurable outcomes
  • Create and review campaign performance reports with customers
  • Set up technical infrastructure including domains, email accounts, and deliverability systems
  • Configure and validate email sending platforms and authentication protocols
  • Create, validate, and implement customer-specific email campaigns
  • Monitor performance metrics and resolve deliverability issues
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data
  • Upload and manage prospect lists for targeted outreach
  • Collaborate with product team to translate customer needs into product improvements
  • Help develop self-service tools and automated solutions based on implementation learnings
  • Monitor campaign responses and categorize for appropriate follow-up
  • Engage with prospects who respond to outreach efforts
  • Book and schedule meetings between prospects and sales teams
  • Manage the conversion funnel from initial contact to qualified meeting
  • Document best practices and develop scalable outreach processes
