Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing
- Experience with B2B demand generation campaign planning and execution
- Experience working closely with sales, business development, and product marketing teams in a fast-paced and high-growth environment
- Ability to craft campaign messaging based on product or sales materials
- Outstanding skills in project management, prioritization, and process improvement capabilities, with effective time-management and multi-tasking skills
- Attention to detail and an independent working style
- Fluent written and spoken English communication skills
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with product marketing and subject-matter experts to develop compelling global campaigns aligned with pipeline objectives and go-to-market priorities
- Creating campaigns, assets and activities (e.g. webinars) to engage with the right personas within our target accounts to drive engagement and pipeline from strategically important industry segments
- Steering collaboration and alignment with cross-functional teams, including sales, business development, product marketing, regional marketing, PR, and content creation
- Ensuring campaign messaging, activities and assets consistently reflect RELEX's voice, brand identity, and guidelines
- Partnering with Sales and the Business Development teams to enable impactful outreach and effective follow-up on qualified leads
- Coordinating with marketing operations to optimize automation workflows, including email sequences, landing pages, and lead nurturing, to align with campaign goals and the customer journey
- Working closely with digital channel experts to activate paid advertising campaigns to engage the audience
- Monitoring and reporting on campaign reach, engagement and conversions in funnel, optimizing to maximize results
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of supply chain management in retail / consumer goods
- Experience of working with an international team
- Experience in marketing tools like HubSpot and 6sense
