Campaign Operations Associate

Requirements

• Proficient in using Marketing Automation Platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Inflection, etc.)
• Strong understanding of email marketing, segmentation, and data management principles
• Experience in workflow automation and campaign performance analysis
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and how they integrate with marketing platforms
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects effectively

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and deploy marketing campaigns using Inflection.io, ensuring timely and accurate execution
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to understand campaign goals and deliver operational excellence
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights to improve engagement and optimize workflows
• Support the implementation of new processes and technologies to enhance marketing operations scalability

Preferred Qualifications

• Have experience with A/B testing and multichannel campaign optimization
• Are skilled in HTML/CSS for email template customization
• Understand SQL or other database management tools
• Have a passion for exploring and implementing innovative martech solutions
