Summary
Join Vestcom as a Campaign Specialist and play a key role in supporting retailer and CPG-funded shopper marketing initiatives. You will manage client accounts, ensuring client objectives and schedules are met through proactive planning and project management. This role requires independent judgment and discretion, serving as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. You will provide solutions to client and internal partner questions, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The position involves managing project timelines, evaluating performance, and ensuring compliance with internal policies. Occasional travel may be required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred; or equivalent related business experience and/or training is required in lieu of a degree
- Excellent oral, interpersonal and written communication skills. Must be able to participate and effectively present information to large and small groups, to clients, employees, and management
- Be able to work independently, effectively problem solve and exhibit strong analytical skills
- Possess a high service level orientation, outstanding attention to detail, strong sense of urgency and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure
- Be well-organized and able to perform duties with minimal supervision as this position may work remotely
- Ability to show proficiency in the following computer applications: MS Office applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint

- Travel may be required on occasion as needed
- Compliance with Company policies concerning maintaining a drug free workplace is required

Responsibilities
- Manage one or more client accounts and/or other areas of focus and independently manage all assigned duties
- Provide administrative support to Direct Manager, Group Director, and Sales Operations Manager as needed
- Work closely with Vestcom's sales owners, client service, programming, IT, creative, delivery and production teams across all Vestcom solutions and client deliverables
- Build relationships with process owners across all functional areas between client and Vestcom
- Communicate effectively, plan, organize and manage multiple projects in a timely manner
- Manage project timelines to completion with internal and external cross functional team members; establish and communicate clear and realistic expectations. Ensure all deliverables follow the correct process and are error-free
- Evaluate and independently determine when to escalate concerns and provide recommended resolutions to Sales Support & Sales Operations management in a timely manner
- Use independent decision-making to determine, identify and research inefficiencies and inaccuracies in business processes and provide recommendations and best practices to both client and Vestcom
- Measure performance against process requirements, service level agreements and/or quality goals
- Participate in strategic planning with the Sales Operations management team when required
- Oversee and provide direction and guidance on status updates of projects and accomplishments
- Communicate with CPG client and retail locations as needed to ensure effective and efficient tag processing
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on campaign-related changes needed for the client's system
- Communicate (both verbally and in writing) in a clear, effective and professional manner at all times with all client and Vestcom cross functional partners
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures and internal controls in accordance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act 2002 Section 404
Preferred Qualifications
Previous media/retail promotions industry experience is a plus
